What if I don’t like the design?

Our design process is collaborative, meaning you’ll be involved every step of the way. We provide opportunities for feedback and revisions to ensure the final design reflects your style, preferences, and vision. Our goal is for you to love the result!

Do I need to buy all new furniture and décor?

Not at all! We specialise in working with what you already have and love. We can incorporate your existing furniture and décor into the design and suggest new pieces only where necessary to enhance the space.

I have no idea what my style is. Can you still help me?

Absolutely! Part of our job is to help you discover your unique style. We’ll guide you through questions, inspiration boards, and visual examples to create a design that feels like you. You don’t need to have it all figured out—that’s what we are here for!

How does e-Design work if you don’t see my space in person?

e-Design is completely remote, and we’ll guide you through everything! You’ll provide photos, measurements, and details about your space using a simple intake form. From there, we create a customised design plan, including layouts, mood boards, and shopping lists, all delivered digitally for you to implement at your own pace.
